4.5m Steps Challenge By Ben Choi

Dear Friends,

Joining RMHC Hong Kong as the Assistant House Director and the preparation of the new Kwun Tong House have given me a meaningful goal. While the construction of the new house is in full swing, a new milestone is about to start in my life. As a firm believer that exercise can put sparks into our life and boost our energy level, in order to show my determination to walk with the sick kids and their families, I pledge to walk a minimum of 4,500,000 steps from October 2022 until end June 2023 before our Kwun Tong House opens its doors to families with terminally and chronically ill children. Your generous support is essential to help us advance our family-centred care services.
I count on you to help me make this project a success!

Dear Supporters, 
I'm delighted to report that I have eventually not only achieved but also exceeded my target by 880,119 steps with a total of 5,380,119 steps (18�ove my target and on average 19,707 steps per day). I won't be able to achieve without your support with which I truly appreciate. Our Journey with our new Kwun Tong House has just begun and we will not under estimate the challenges we are going to face, but the whole House Operation Team will happily accept with a graceful heart.

I'm happy to report that I have achieved 107% of my target with a total steps count of 4,842,786 achieved on 31 May 2023. Will keep walking in June and see how far I can go. Your support is the most important drive to make me keep moving forward. Thank you very much!

Dear Supporters,

I am delighted to report that I have achieved my target with an additional 27,037 steps today. Will keep walking as my walk is not only my walk, it is our new mission just begin.

Monday 1st May
I'm delighted to report that I have achieved 95% of my goal with 4,216,970 steps in last 7 months and I should be able to reach my goal by mid May 2023. I will not stop and see how far I can go to exceed my target. Thank you for your supports!

I'm delighted to report that I have achieved 81% of my steps goal with 3,664.727 steps in the last 6 months. Still have 825,000 steps to meet the target and will not stop walking. Thank you again for your supports!

I walked 3,015,737 steps in the last 5 months and achieved 67% of the target so far. Keep going.
